We test our site frequently throughout each day and, it always works for us. What we have discovered from our own Internet experience is that various sites are impacted by the hardware and software used by different Internet service providers and/or browsers.

How to Order

You may place orders several ways:
1. Visit our website www.DreamProductsCatalog.com. Once you find the items you want, on each screen it reads "add to cart". Once you add the selection to the cart, your cart will list the products selected and you can continue shopping or check out. You may select items from the catalog by clicking on "Advanced Search" and enter the item number. Then the product should come up and you can then select to add it to your shopping cart.
If you select check out, a message will come up offering free shipping and handling, simply click on "continue shopping" or "check out"... Once you select "check out", your total order will come up. If you agree, you'll scroll down the screen and add all the order information, name, address, credit card, expiration date, etc ... when you are happy with the order, go to the bottom of the screen and click on "make a purchase" and your order is submitted. You will get an order confirmation back by e-mail (if you included your e-mail address on your order information screen). NOTE: If a special offer is not available on the site, please call our Order Center at (800) 410-2153.

How can I change my order or add to it?
Once you've submitted your order it's important for you to know that the shipping process begins within 24 hours of receipt or on the next business day if the order is received on the weekend. If you realize a change in your order within 24 hours, please call us at 1-800-410-2153 and we'll do our best to accommodate any changes.
We offer an easy return policy, so feel free to return unwanted merchandise.
When will my order arrive?
Most customers receive their orders within two to three weeks. However, delays can occur during processing in the Postal system. As such, we ask customers to please allow a full four weeks for delivery.

I need to Exchange or Return an Item
We stand behind every product we sell with our unconditional money back guarantee. Please follow the exchange/return instructions on the reverse side of the blue packing slip (which was included with your order) to return your merchandise. Upon receipt, we will issue the appropriate adjustment.
