Every time you order from us, you are entitled to at least one free gift. Every order receives a surprise gift through our catalog and website. Orders of $30 or more receive an additional gift and orders of $50 or more receive yet another gift. We also offer FREE SHIPPING AND HANDLING on all web orders of $30 or more.
How long has Dream Products been in business?
Dream Products opened in June of 2000. Prior to that, the company’s president had well over 35 years of direct mail and merchandise buying experience.

What kind of warranty is available on your product?
Dream Products offers a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your product for a prompt refund of the merchandise price.
Ordering FAQ
Can I change or cancel my order after I have completed checkout?
Once you've submitted your order it's important for you to know that the shipping process begins within 24 hours of receipt or on the next business day if the order is received on the weekend. If you realize you need to make a change on your order within 24 hours, please call us at 1-800-410-2153 and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you charge any sales taxes?
All retail sales delivered within the state of California are subject to California Sales Tax.
Shipping/ Delivery FAQ
Will I receive shipping confirmation of my orders?
If you placed the order online, shipping confirmation will be emailed to the registered email address entered during the checkout. If you placed the order by phone or mail, you may contact our Dream Products customer service at 1-800-410-2153, option 2 to speak with one of our live operators 24 hours, 7 days a week to confirm your order status.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We make every effort to process and ship orders immediately upon receipt. Due to occasional Post Office processing delays, some packages may take up to 2 to 3 weeks to arrive but our goal is to have your order to you within one week of receiving it! PLUS, we do offer expedited shipping if you need it even faster. And remember, if you place your order from a catalog or on our website and it exceeds $30 your Shipping and Handling is FREE! All Expedited-Shipping requests will receive priority processing and typically ship the next business day after your order is received.
All APO/ FPO and non-continental U.S. orders may require additional transit time.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

What if the delivered package is damaged or if I have an item missing?

What do I do, if I received a wrong item on the order?
If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-410-2153 option 4, Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm PST. Our agents will be happy to assist you.
How can I return or exchange something I ordered?
We stand behind every product we sell with our unconditional money back guarantee. Please follow the exchange/return instructions on the reverse side of the blue packing slip (which was included with your order) to return your merchandise. Upon receipt, we will issue the appropriate adjustment.
